Every day, animals with urgent medical needs get dropped off at kill-shelters across the U.S. and every day, our inbox is flooded by emails pleading for us to save them. The majority of these medical emergencies are completely treatable, albeit expensive, but without rescue, the animal will be euthanized at the shelter before treatment. These are otherwise healthy animals losing their lives because there just isn’t enough money to help them. Everyday, we make difficult decisions on who we can realistically help without taking away resources from the animals already in our care with their own veterinary and behavioral needs.
As a member of the Besties Care Club, your monthly gift will directly impact the animals that fall into this category. Your commitment will help save more dogs and cats with heartworm,… It will help cover veterinary expenses ranging from routine check ups to emergency treatments. We are aiming to build an army of people so that having to pass on an animal in need due to lack of funds will be a thing of the past.

Once in our care, our animals do not see the inside of small, noisy, scary shelters.
As a foster based rescue, once an animal leaves the kill shelter and enters our care, they are able to experience a warm, loving, comfy environment while they await their forever homes.
Getting an animal out of the kill shelter and situated into a foster home is a costly process. Animals from rural small towns require transport into one of our two locations. Oftentimes, they need to be looked over by a vet for illnesses they picked up while in the shelter. They need food, crates, toys, litter, and other necessities. Sometimes, they need training before going to a forever home. Boarding and petsitting costs also come up during emergency situations, such as when an animal may display unexpected behaviors. Some rescue animals, such as Blue, end up being long stay pets that require extra financial support to keep him safe, healthy, and out of a shelter.
This is where our FOSTER ALLIANCE BESTIES come in. This important alliance of people help support our animals from the moment they leave a bad situation to the day they are finally adopted into their forever families. Your contribution ensures their safety and well-being.

Our LIFELINE LEAGUE Besties will contribute to all aspects of what we do. From medical expenses down to the general operations. While it may not be as exciting, we aren’t able to legally operate without the general financial support. This general fund is paramount to ensure we are fulfilling our mission from start to finish. This includes veterinary care, spay/neuter, foster care, transport, unexpected emergency expenses, insurance costs, and the like.
This fund helps up grow, with the aim of more than tripling our animal intakes. We may not ever be able to literally “save them all,” but we can save more and more with the help of our LIFELINE LEAGUE.
